Summer Season- Memorial Day week through Labor Day week
Rest of the year:
Exceptional bookings will be considered, outside of this time frame -
call or write to discuss your requirements.
Rates: $800 for the week ($900 for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor
Day Weekends/weeks). Three Day Minimun (outside of summer season)-
$400. Half due 30 days in advance, balance at arrival.
Rental Contract required.
Bring Your Own Linens, towels, wash clothes as needed for:
No Smoking Inside the Cottage Please. No pets.
- Weekly Rental Only
- Friday after 4pm check-in
- Out by 12am next Friday
